has been an abject failure since its inception. If the money spent on that stupid "war" had been spent on securing jobs and futures for people before they lapsed into drug use there might not be drug cartels flooding our streets with this poison.
Drugs are everywhere in this country, and if Ms.Noem believes she's making even a small dent in importation of drugs, she's as deluded as everyone else in tRump's administration.
I'm happy the protesters drowned out her photo-op. 
We don't need more of her lies piled upon her previous lies.
