"Well, you could get whatever the dust is down there." If there are any remnants of nuclear materials down there, it sure doesn't make sense to scatter them with more bombing runs. He shows his ignorance about the hazards of such materials by making statements like this. But he's the President who reportedly said, "We have nukes, why can't we use them?"
