Is the hope then, I assume, that they think they can get the citizens of Wyoming to repeal that Constitutional amendment so they can implement these new laws they are passing?
Interesting times we live it where Republicans, that pounded the drums of "small government" and "don't tread on me" until we were all but deaf and in reality they have been revealed to have zero principles or ethics and they are little more than bootlicking sycophants.
