In 2006–2007, Donald Trump engaged in a high-profile dispute with the town of Palm Beach, Florida, for erecting an 80-foot flagpole without permits at his Mar-a-Lago club, violating local 42-foot height restrictions. Trump claimed the, $10 million, later $25 million lawsuit was about free speech, while the town issued $250-per-day fines, totaling over $100,000. The dispute ended with a settlement to lower the pole to 70 feet at a different location and a $100,000 donation to veterans' charities

Stories about many of Trump's legal attacks with Palm Beach County are no longe accessable on Google. I know his shit goes back to the late 80s and 90s. The information was on Google but now I can't find it. Must just be I can't use a computer.
