but given how messed up they are, I doubt they will manage to resolve this either.

What a contrast to Medicare. I made one phone call to sign up for Part D, and was done in less than half an hour. Most of the time was taken up by going over my prescription list and seeing which plan would cover them all. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable and very helpful.
