from bad genetics, bad upbringing, bad diet, advancing age related dementia and indiscriminate drug use, his Modus Operandi is to create a big mess, tidy up around the edges, claim victory, a job well done and where is my Peace Prize?

Republican heads should have blown many fuses by now, and why we aren't seeing exploding heads is beyond me.
