Trump has tried to "outdo" every preceding Democratic president, even if in the "undo" sense.

I am sure he envies Truman for dropping the big one.

Don't forget, he copies Putin and bombing a nuclear plant is the same as dropping a nuke, just smaller, and I don't like the odds of that happening with either of those tyrants in charge.
