4. If it's such "a simple military maneuver," why hasn't Kegbreath sent the Marines to take care of it?

If the war is "militarily won, with very little danger," why do we need help at all? Hey, Piggy, if you're telling our (now former) allies that the war is already won and opening up the Strait of Hormuz is a simple military maneuver with very little danger, aren't they going to respond that it's your war, you started it, and if it's so easy to open the strait why don't you do it yourself?
