There can't be any doubt that Trump has a "special" relationship with Vlad. And the highest item on Vlad's project plan is NATO. Tump's INCREDIBLE insistence in whining that NATO didn't come help us has gone beyond silliness. He has surely heard that this is nonsense, BUT IT CONTINUES on and on.

So:

1) He's Incredibly stupid and knows almost nothing.

or

2) He wants to keep his "A" on Putin's report card.

or

3) He desperately wants to be a tough guy like his hero Vlad
