5. It depends on the state. In Texas, it wouldn't fly.

Yesterday

We have candidates switch parties alot. Especially judicial candidates.

Heck, we even had Cenk Uygur on our primary ballot. We were the only state who had him on our ballot. He did not even meet the statutory requirements for US President.
