Walker was a) a loon and a dope and b) Black, a combination that turned off both independents (a) and many Republicans (b). Collins is 100% a Trump-Humper, which hurts him with independents but certainly not with Republicans.

Ossoff has more of a challenge this time. Democratic enthusiasm will be the difference, make or break.
