after relocating most of his money to someplace else - like the Cayman Islands. Court saw through that, tho, I remember. told him to stop and pay the damned fines. I'm amazed he's still doing the "I'm so poor" routine. He should leave that to those of us who really ARE so poor! Pay up what you owe...penalties and all... or go to jail for contempt.
