58. Voluntary cleaning of the park?

If you don't pull off paint still attached to the bottom of the pool but only remove floating debris it sounds like you are helping to clean the park, not vandalize it.

As for why anyone would "vandalize" the "beautiful" pool - it must be because "Democrats hate America!"

Nope. Still can't wrap my brain around it.
