Each state has their own deadline for requesting mail ballots. Now states would have to move deadlines 30 days to accommodate the federal government. Is there software that can quickly send the voter list of each area to each mail carrier? There must be hundreds of thousands mail carriers who would each need a lost for their small area. There are tens of millions Americans who vote by mail. That could take awhile and have massive mistakes.
