"The Hog Farm is America’s longest-running hippie commune. Founded in the 1960s by Hugh “Wavy Gravy” Romney and his wife Jahanara in Tujunga, California, it evolved into a massive extended family. The group is best known for traveling in converted school buses and managing food and "please force" security at the 1969 Woodstock festival."
