I'm not a fan of the Cuomo Brothers, but this is stupid.

Of course he can't cover this story. And it is not for any one to say to the one brother, not to contact the other.

Chris has no government agency control, power or influence over the process or duration of the legal battles his brother is facing, unless he actually does but is a matter of utmost secrecy.

he should be able to take any time off CNN allows without explanations.

this is just stupid.
