Then you are already well ahead of many jurisdictions.

"Spaces available" - oftentimes turns out to be something like a 'convenient fiction' - passed around primarily between agencies and departments. But, somehow - cops can't seem to find one, when they've got somebody huddled in the back of their squad ..
