'They' must want that location some kind of bad. I wonder who it is... developers? Some rich ass who doesn't like the fact that the hospital is close to that nice lake which has all kinds of expensive apartments and townhomes around and near it? The HOA of the local neighborhood that has decided that they don't like 'those people' walking down their sidewalks?

There is no telling. But I can tell you that I am not surprised at this action. Let's see what happens, I guess. (By the way, this kind of thing is going to happen more and more in the next few years. All levels of government are getting far too worried about money and not about people. The 'haves' are winning this battle. Soon, anyone with less than a million in assets is going to be considered a second class citizen. If they are not already.)
