investigation of the CCR's (Covenants, conditions & restrictions) of that particular association.

When I had buyers interested in any association, I or my assistants would literally spend hours researching those documents, and spend time with our buyer discussing our findings. I lost numerous sales because my buyers would not or could not abide by those rules.

It was not about my commission, it was about what my buyer wanted. As their agent, I was sanctioned by the "Board of Realtor's" to abide by my "Realtor" designation to look out for my clients best interest.

It's really too bad our elected members of congress don't have to abide by the same rules.
