Yesterday

assessment reduced by almost $8 million, wow, nothing hinky there.
No disclosure of the sales price, must be nice to have friends in gov't.

There was no investigation of the property prior to the purchase so where is the notoriety from? Sounds like the assessor needs to be investigated. Check his or her pockets.
