the Republican candidates, but the winner for the next statewide elected official here in Texas.

It’s been that way for decades, but maybe, just maybe, the Republicans will pick a candidate so disagreeable this time that enough voters will decide to try voting Democratic again.

Here’s hoping that the Texas Democratic Party crosses over the finish line in first place!

Lloyd Bentsen, I hope you’ll be able to see a win this November wherever you are!
