Got mine at a Dollar General, but they are available at a lot of places.

I've had this phone for 12 years, use it for occasional calls (or for when a mobile number is required) and carry it with me in case of emergency. Runs on major networks, so it works wherever a smartphone works. Never had any problems with it. Can't beat the price.
