6. My reasons for posting it here were not to be divisive

I just don't post that many OPs in GD and for subjects that I think warrant serious discussion I prefer to post here. There's no shortage of women who engage in hard labor that is degraded by society. I think the impact is disparate to men at the extremes of the things you mentioned, but by no means unique. I value the labor of women and men and I think we'd have a much better society if more people did as well. Most of Europe is way ahead of us on this.
