Steel cut oats with ground pumpkin seeds and flax, 2 bananas, blue berries and green tea.

A salad and a peanut butter sandwich, veggie juice.

Rice and beans or lentil pilaf, sometimes potatoes (never fried), boiled veggies or another salad.

Snacks-some nuts or popcorn.
