If they were going into production, it would be listed on IMDB.

And yes, IMDB also lists movies in Pre-Production.
This movie ain't on it cuz it's wishful thinking.
Saying those actors have signed on is BULLSHIT.

ETA: Not to mention, this news would not only be reported in the trades, but with a serious cast like they have listed, would make headlines everywhere. Remember when Stone made JFK? It didn't just appear out of nowhere...
