I've never seen that, here or elsewhere -- not for "asking these questions" -- and I defy you to provide an example. What I have seen is "truthers" using questions as a rhetorical device to promote their own "obvious answers" which they claim are "the truth," and those answers being "mocked, ridiculed and scorned" because they are so absurd and/or unsubstantiated. It is true people who persist in promoting their unsubstantiated speculations as "truth" after it's been shown that their reasons range from unconvincing to misinformed to downright laughable are likely to be ridiculed, and rightly so, but that's not what you are saying above.

The bullshit about "I'm being mocked, ridiculed and scorned for just asking questions" is just another example of the intellectual dishonesty of the "truth movement": They can't even be honest about what they do and the validity of the criticisms leveled at their implausible and unsubstantiated claims.

BTW, Martin has apparently renounced Trutherism, but the fact that she fell for it at one time implies that, like Ventura, she didn't do the journalist's due diligence of actually investigating claims made by people like David Ray Griffin and Richard Gage, to get the other side of the story before making up her mind. If that came later, then good for her, and it does prove that occasionally people do escape from the spiraling delusions that lead conspiracists farther and farther away from evidence-based reasoning.
