2. Nudism is not a crime.

I don't think it should be closed to minors. Nudity is completely natural and it might be especially good for girls and their adult caretakers to have a space where they can go to feel fully safe in their bodies.

I also don't think trans women partaking is awful, even if they've still got their dangly bits. They certainly won't be preying on the minors, like many of their cis male counterparts. It's also good to learn that bodies aren't shameful or sinful. And sometimes they don't match what's inside a person.
