"fishiness" is if the fish is not fresh. Since Aldi and most other stores who sell fish keep it in a semi-frozen state, that most likely won't happen.

Should you leave it in your frig too long and it you worry about fishiness, you can soak it in milk or buttermilk and it will take that taste out.

If I buy fresh fish and I know I'm not going to cook it in a day or two, I'll put it in a glass container and soak it in milk anyway, just to avoid that.
