No buns in the house and a slice of bread didn’t hold up to the size of it plus the condiments (sweet relish and BBQ sauce). I made two so I’d have one ready to reheat for lunch at work tomorrow, but glad I had a trial run because I’m using a WW tortilla tomorrow because I know it won’t explode on me!

Hitting the strawberries for dessert. Publix had them BOGO (buy one, get one free, in case this is just a Florida thing…) and I need to eat them up before they get old on me.
