I just had the scare of my life!

17. Same situation but in his office. I went in for pains in left arm. He ran an EKG. Called his nurse over, turned to me ..

... with a little tin of little white BBs, took two and told me to put them under my tongue. He says, "I need you to go to hospital."
I said, "Got my car in the lot". The hospital was close enough to see clearly in his office window. I could have walked it in less five minutes.
He says, "You aren't driving anywhere - I've already called the ambulance."

And they pushed me on a gurney though the waiting room full of patients.

I had an infection of the heart sack and it was causing my heart to enlarge and get "flabby". They brought my two children (three and two) into the ICU unit and that's what made me realize this was serious.

I decided as I recovered, I was never going to have another heart attack, but I was going to hand out a few.

I went through an angioplasty a day later.

At the time, I was 38. That doctor also took care of my reflux, the "Little Purple Pill' for only a month. I've only has a couple of occurrences since 45myears ago.
