1. I wasn't getting any sound but it was my TV. I rather sound than no sound.

Went through all the menus, couldn't get it on. Pulled the plug on the TV, it rebooted and now sound, and it also found my sound bar that was disconnected and now that's working. It went from a bad day to a good day. 2 goals in 19 seconds sound great.
