Want to know how low anti-vaxxers will go? (Trigger warning)

7. I know the science. I know the fearful. I know the sources of that fear is usually CT.

They tell people that the vaxx carries cancer, drugs that cause infertility, and even cause people to give birth to chimeras because of animal DNA in it and the always faithful, the microchip or mark of he beast.

I mean, FFS. folks! These folks must have learned nothing in public school about this sort of thing. Good golly.

One question that some medical person might be answer me, as I don't know why this is... And I wonder if it affects the anti-vaxx folks on an emotional level...

When at the doctors office they give the kids the shots, they scream bloody murder. It's like they're being tortured. The flu shot, etc. that one gets is in a needle that is absolutely pain free. It feel like something has touched the skin, not entered it.

I even asked the doctor if I really got a shot or not. Are the kids getting the old horse needles like we used to get back in the old days?

I didn't holler about that, either when I was kid getting shots. The main reason was that my doctor, who was real old school, would wipe my arm for a long time and talk to me to keep my mind off of the shot. I didn't feel it.

Now one time, i did back up in my twenties from getting a tetanus shot. Lord, the thing looked nearly a foot long and he almost had to chance me around the room until he gave me this look. You know, *the look* and I put my big girl pants back on and took the shot without any further cajoling.

Are the kids being given the big needles? My kid didn't cry when getting shots, either. Although the kid is pretty damn stoic.

Is there anything that makes any sense about this fear?

BTW, that advertisement is horrible. It's like it normalizes rape and feeds on the worst fears.
