shopped for groceries
cooked a meal
changed a diaper
cleaned a bathroom
mowed a lawn
put gas in a car or taken it for a tune-up
created a budget and paid your own monthly bills
made your bed
washed your clothes
taken a car camping trip with your family

These are otherwise known as Activities of Daily Living (ADL). They are generally part of the educational plans for people with intellectual disabilities.
