... formulate a [fake] Middle Eastern Peace Plan agreement with Iran. Sit down at the table hammer out a [fake] agreement. Then put the [fake] agreement down on paper.

Then having the leaders of Iran get together - all the big shot Ayatollahs, all the big shots of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp., all the upper and mid standard military forces, various diplomats, and heads of governmental offices.

All gathered together in one room so the important top leaders of Iran could review this new (but fake) peace agreement.

The Bibi/Kushner plan was to get all these Iranian leaders together to review the [fake] peace plan, edit if need be, and ratify so the peace plan could be officially signed with the USA.

But the [fake] peace plan was only a ruse by Netanyahu & Kùshner to gather these Iranian leaders togetĥer NOT to review the bogus peace plan but to get the Iranian leaders together so at the meeting time and place Israel could bomb the shit out of the meeting place znd kill all the Iranian leaders and murder them. To force a regime change in Iran, destabilize the Iranian government. Then usher in an age of Iraeli hegemony over the entire Middle Easter region for decades upon decades to come.
