by making it easier for people of childbearing age to bear them by raising entry level wages and helping mothers reenter the workforce. Fund it by progressive taxation.

Oh, and stop allowing the RCC to run a war against women by ending all laws designed to put men in control of their body parts. It hasn't worked for the last 2000 years and it won't work now.
