4. My Theory: Is that "Really American" (along with others) use big arrows and colorful language...

... and the ubiquitous IMPACT font/typestyle (in YELLOW) to hype stories/analysis and get clicks that they rarely deserve. It's how they make nothingburgers look delicious and satisfying. But in the end, it's just disappointing air. Especially true when they take 10-12 minutes to tell people something that could have take an entire 3 minutes. But brevity means that there's no opportunity for youtube to insert a midpoint ad.
