5. I agree, there is a perverse incentives around producing vids.

I am loathe to click on them, just to see if they might be interesting. Occasionally there are good ones, though, so I am more likely to consider a vid if I see more than just the title, especially if that title has any words in all caps. And even with videos or producers I like, I'm quite likely to bump up the replay speed.
