2. There should be a SCOTUS option to remove a President if all nine of them agree and vote to do so.

The Senate can block it if two thirds of them vote against the removal and it should be limited to a one time shot by SCOTUS for that single four year term of the President. At least then we would have a backup incase of danger break glass option.
