That entitled felon easily presented all these personality disorders even before he went down the damn escalator back in 2015, but there are no basic evaluations to diagnose them BEFORE anyone runs for the Presidency of the United States of America (yet).

Total and absolute negligence from the supposedly representative government for 250 years.
