what is appropriate or inappropriate at one moment slowly morph or can suddenly change at the next moment

We don't want people motivated only by anger blindly rushing, nor do we need cowardly self-absorbed opportunists afraid to move forward

We need people to be alert, informed, vigilant, calm, and ready
