Possse Comitatus Act - Prohibits Use of Military to Enforce Civilian Law UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY CONGRESS
"Just following orders" will not stand.

We are protected by Federal Law, Constitutional protections, the 4th Amendment, and Supreme Court precedent.
