There is no public outpouring of ICE support from them. There are no counter-demonstrations.

No local right-wingers invited these outstate gangs of thugs to come and terrorize our streets. They were inflicted on us.

Local MAGAs bear the same moral culpability that MAGAs everywhere bear, of course. But would Minnesota have been spared this punishment if our population were uniformly blue, and if there were no right-wing radio station within our boundaries? If anything, that would have made us an even more likely target for this brutality.

To blame our present suffering on us for our failure to have somehow found a way to banish right-wing radio from our state is what's known as blaming the victim.
