It's also being reported as "claimed by Israeli sources" by RAI News, Italia:

Fonti israeliane anonime citate dall'emittente Channel 12 ritengono che la guida suprema dell'Iran, Ali Khamenei, sarebbe stato probabilmente ucciso in un attacco israeliano avvenuto oggi. La TV afferma che ci sarebbero "crescenti indicazioni" in tal senso. Al momento non esiste alcuna conferma ufficiale di questa notizia.

Translation: Anonymous Israeli sources cited by Channel 12 claim that the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei was probably killed in an Israeli attack that happened today. The station states that there are "rising signs" of that. At the moment there is no official confirmation of this news.
