11. It all depends...

If there is a popular uprising then it could be one of the people. Could also end up being the military if one of them wants the job, though that seems unlikely to me at least. Perhaps a cleric from the Guardian Council?

I'd imagine the next week of pounding will be aimed at killing enough volume of regime members, such that enough citizens can rise up in sufficient numbers and force, to intimidate the remaining regime to crumble and run away.

I'd bet we have guys on the ground advising Iranians in groups to go here, hop in this car and go there, open the trunk, tune to this frequency, plug your ears and seek cover and wait for the all clear,, etc...

Probably depends mainly on how far down the line the leadership is killed, and whether or not bombs start popping off in European and US tourist spots in the next few days, or the internet goes down, or another group wants a swing at us, or worse...
