And Trump really, really wants that Mediterranean property the Palestinians no longer need in Gaza.

This has nothing to do with nukes or missiles. Oman has been negotiating as a trusted third party. They reportedly had an agreement on Thursday that Iran would agree to not enrich any nuclear fuel for several years and any already-enriched fuel would be removed from the country.
