(4,449 posts)MANY Americans, like me and like a lot of folks here, are doing everything they know how to do to stop this corrupt regime. When you say we "won't" do anything, it implies our efforts are not good enough, futile, and we are powerless--because we are already doing our best. So if our best isn't enough, we do seem to be powerless. But of course, that is an idea the corrupt abusers have always wanted the opposition to accept as truth. They want us to think there is nothing we can do. But the truth is, Americans ARE resisting in every way we know how. Collectively we have never been more powerful in my lifetime, even while the constraints of the law, administration, and the pressures of daily survival make our task more difficult.
Yes, there are folks who still support this corrupt regime, but that is certainly not a majority and they are losing support every day. We are weakening their hold on the neck of this nation with every effort, however small it may seem from your perspective. So please be mindful of how discouraging words like Americans "won't" do that asskicking are.
We will, and we are doing that asskicking. Our efforts may not be as flashy as some would like them to be, but they ARE powerful, relentless, and effective.
See you all at the No Kings rallies on Saturday.
