common good source of choline in most people's diets (beef liver is also a great source but that isn't a popular food).
The American Heart Association told people in 1968 to have no more than a few eggs a week. I don't think it was a coincidence that we started hearing a lot more about Alzheimer's and dementia a couple of decades later. That warning ripped the best source of choline out of most Americans' diets.
Choline deficiency will cause fatty liver disease, too, and that's way too common now.
