9. Steyer vs Becerra would have been my preference.

Yesterday

There would have been more discussion around single payer, which only Tom supports.
There would have been challenges around subsidizing fossil fuels and utility rates.
The discussion might have been around which candidate can be more progressive but now there's no need.

Becerra can just be the more sane one and remain a centrist.
