21. Steyer is still in the running

Yesterday

This morning's newspapers say that 1/2 of California votes still needed to be counted and they expect most of those votes to be from democrats. Steyer is very slowly closing the gap between him and Becerra so we'll have to wait and see what happens. May not know til Thursday or Friday.
