A US Marine detaining a US citizen on American soil.

I doubt any charges will be pursued.
Trump would pardon the Marines any way.

I am glad my career USAF father is not alive to see this.
He always said the AF signed his paycheck, but he worked for the American people.
He would refuse to detain or arrest an American on American soil.
